• Books will be dropped and picked up from your doorstep.
  For Bandra and nearby suburbs. Please email for other areas.


• Fees are Rs. 300 month, due at the beginning of the month.


• A refundable deposit of Rs. 1000 at the time of joining which will be paid back during membership cancellation. You may cancel at anytime.


• Upto 5 books can be checked out at a time, depending on the size of the books. Most of the books are lengthy reads and will keep you engaged for more than a week.


• Books can be checked in and out weekly.


• If you are ravenous reader, then there is no limit to the number of books you may read. We will tailor the number of books and frequency of delivery to your liking.


• Books will be delivered between 0 to 2 days of checkout. 


• Books will be renewed monthly. If there is a request for that book, then it will be wanted back within two weeks of checking out.


• Your library account will be maintained online in the google drive.
  Computer, internet access and an email id is needed.


• 1. You will have your own library catalog online in the google drive.
  2. Browse through the catalog.
  3. Number up to 10 or so books in the order you want to read, in the 'Queue' column.
  4. Books will be sent to you in the order of of your numbering.
  5. You can renumber the books anytime you choose.
  6. Email, sms or call when you are ready to return and borrow the next set of books.
  7. You can email or call for any questions, anytime.


• Online is the preferred way of interaction. We will guide in accessing your google drive and other help needed. Incase you are not able to access computers and the internet, we can open a regular account for you. There might be some small charge involved with that. This is mainly to discourage users from adopting the paper route.


• BandraBOW would like to have books back in a month's time, however a book can be borrowed for a maximum of 2 months. All efforts from BandraBOW will be made to get the book back after 2 months. However if that is not possible from the member's side to return it, a late fee will start applying from that date, of Rs 5 per day. The book can be borrowed again, after a certain period of time.


• A signature is needed at times of delivery and pickup, unless otherwise requested with full guarantee of book's safety.


• You will be notified when BandraBOW is going to be cloesd for a few days. 


• We urge members to treat the books with love and respect. We urge them not to lose the books as many books are bound together and the loss will be steep for the member and us. In case of loss of a book, full price of all the books bound together will have to be paid.


• Members can cancel the program at any time. All books must be returned in the condition borrowed. Monthly fees once paid are non refundable.


• On cancellation, charges for loss and damage of books if any, will be deducted from the refundable deposit.


• BandraBOW reserves the right to cancel a membership. All books must be returned and the deposit will be refunded.


• BandraBOW has the right to change the policies at any time it so chooses.


• All special requests are encouraged and we will try our best to accommodate them. No problem is too great or too small. Share it with us. We are here to serve.
